These are standard semi-rigid adhesive nasal strips. The go across the bridge of your nose then slightly straighten, pulling your nasal passage out and opening them up. When applied I noticed a clear decrease in nasal congestion and much easier airflow when breathing through my nose. The stick well but not too well - they came off easily without damaging my skin. You do have to make sure you clean your skin well prior to using or your skin oil will decrease their effectiveness. So if you're looking for a nasal strip to open your nasal passages, these work great. Once placed the strip was durable and stayed on all night, a solid 8 hours and was still firmly attached in the morning. One tip for removing, pull the skin next to the nose tight vs leaving it loose makes it much easier to pull the tape off with little to no pain. What they likely won't do is help snoring. Now, if you are one of the rare people who snore strictly because of nasal congestion or large turbinates, they may help. But if you are like most people and the snoring is related to the tissues in your throat and nasopharynx these will do nothing. They helped a little when I had a viral infection a week ago by opening my nasal passages so I could breathe easy with sleep, but the snoring was unchanged. For a semi-rigid nasal strip these work very well and are a good value for the cost. But if poor sleep and snoring are your problems, you should visit your doctor to discuss other options. Read more

These are similar to the name-brand kind seen in commercials. Compared to those, these were definitely not as good. My issues were that the materials added in to make them rigid, and thereby gently holding the nose open, it was a bit too stiff for my side sleeping and I found it uncomfortable. With this stiffness, that also meant it was constantly trying to pull itself from the shape of my nose. The adhesive is not strong enough to combat this pulling force, and they come off during the night. I've used other tapes by this brand and those were great. They did not have any rigid material inside though, as they were not nasal strips, and the adhesive worked fine. But these for me were a miss. Read more

I received OK TAPE Nose Strips for Breathing and Snoring. It was a 30-pack of nasal strips to help with snoring. The directions were clear, and the product works acceptably well according to my husband. The adhesive on none of the nose strips I have tried is strong enough to last me throughout the night, as I always scratch them off by morning (with every brand I have tried). I like the size because it works perfectly while it is still on. The shape and design are perfect. The quality seems good as it does stay on my husband overnight. Overall, it does what it is supposed to do. I feel like this product is a reasonable value. Read more

I wanted to love this, yet another product I've ordered from OKTape, but alas, it just did not work for me. The nose strips open like bandaids--individually wrapped strips for fresh use each night. They have internal support bands to keep the tension and lift on your nose and nostrils in order to open your breathing passages. They are available in black and beige, so naturally I got black to match all my other K-tape products. The strips open from their wrapper easily. You take off the inner paper strips and stick the K-strip right onto your nose. It was soft and comfortable at first. Initially it attached just fine and felt secure. I felt my sinus passages opening up, and I hoped this would actually help my snoring. But very quickly, the strip let go and detached from my nose. I tried another, but I couldn't get these to stay on. My skin must be too moist. My guy tried them as well because he is a very loud snorer and uses strips all the time. For him they stayed on for a couple hours and then ended up in the sheets by morning. It would have been a decent price for the value IF they stayed on all night. Read more

I have a deviated septum, and my right nostril is almost closed, making it very hard to breathe. The standard nose strips are just not strong enough to keep my nose open throughout the night. These OK TAPE nose strips with its smart multi-length band system of 3 inner bands effectively conform to the contours of my nose to lift and open up my nasal passages allowing for better breathing. The adhesive is strong but yet comfortable to wear and the strip stays stuck to my nose keeping it open all night long. In the morning, it peels off easily. I realized after I ordered these that I put too many creams and potions on my face for these to work overnight. Instead, I tried them while taking a nap. As soon as I lie down I seem to get really congested, so the change these made was noticeable almost immediately. I could feel my nasal passages opening up as I drifted off to comfortable sleep. I felt very refreshed, not still sleepy upon waking. Clearly my congestion has been restricting my airflow and these helped keep my air passage open. They are very effective but I find that they are very sticky as well. This is likely a good quality because I have used other brands that just didn't stay affixed to my nose. These definitely do, but I also found them to be a little uncomfortable when removing them. Overall though I'd say that these are very effective and a good value. Read more

I've used products like these in the past and these work just as well! They stick to your skin well, but make sure you wash and clean your face first for the best chance to stick. They helped to keep my nasal passages open all night which helps me breathe through my nose instead of my mouth. This also helps me snore less or not at all which is always a relief for who I'm sleeping with. The fabric is quality and lasts for easily up to 8 hours when I'm sleeping. Peeling it off in the morning can be tough, I find sometimes it helps to dampen the tape first before removing. Otherwise it's a good value and I'd recommend it Read more
