We last ordered this in April 2025 at about $12.00 per bottle. Today (12-09-2025) the price is $50.00. It is an excellent product but not worth anywhere near $50. Other premium brands are equally good and priced very near the $12 price we used to pay. Sorry O'Keeffe's but you've lost us as customers. Read more

I have eczema and sensitive skin. After I shower, my skin is dry and itchy. This stuff? Amazing!!! No negative reaction whatsoever, and my skin is happy. The bonus is I don't need to reapply it after every shower, making it last significantly longer. It's thicker than most lotions, and a little bit goes a long way. It's on the reasons why I love this brand. I use their foot and hand lotions, and my is thrilled abut that. Just make sure you don't use a lot of it because applying it will require more work to rub it in. Too much will also make your skin a little sticky, just like their other products. Again, a little bit goes a long way. The only thing I don't care for is the bottle design. The pump only works so well, and then I have to shake the container, lid removed, to get the rest. There's more than a quarter cup that gets left behind. I cut the top half off after the pump can't reach more, and just scrape out how much I need. The pump on mine wouldn't work either. I removed the clear tube from the pump (just pull it off, it looks like a clear plastic straw), wiped off one end of the tube, then blew HARD into it until the thick lotion came all the way out the other end of the tube. Ran hot water through the tube, reinserted the tube, and viola! Pump works fine now. I have old, extremely dry skin, especially on my inner arms and have been using Gold Bond Overnight (good stuff), but wanted the ease of a pump. This cream is slightly less effective than the Overnight, but if I use enough of it, it works well, soaks in, not greasy at all. Best of all, no scent to interfere with perfumes. Hands down (pun intended), O’Keeffe’s Skin Repair Body Creme in the large pump container is the best O’Keeffe’s product for dry skin and hands, and they discontinued it for some unknown reason! The Skin Repair Body Creme heals your skin overnight, doesn’t have a greasy feel after being applied, is fragrance free, and stays on your skin 24+ hours. I’ve tried other O’Keeffe’s products and they’re not as effective. Hello O’Keeffe’s management team…please bring this product back. The other “lotion” you’re recommending as a replacement DOES NOT work as well as the Skin Repair Body Creme. Thank you for your consideration. Read more

I went through my bathroom and I counted 14 different types of lotion. This is by far the most effective for my dry itching skin. I do not have eczema or anything, but my skin gets so itchy sometimes that I can scratch it raw. I have been using this on my arms and legs for a week at bedtime and I see a huge difference in my skin. It is visibly more moist and feels softer. Like I said I put it on at bed time and in the morning I can still feel it working. It is not greasy at all, it is very thick and you really need to rub it in. Also it is labeled scent free and it is actually scent free! I hate “scent free” products that have weird chemical or medical smells. This has a very very faint scent that I can smell if I really try when I pump it out, but once it is rubbed in there is no scent at all. I am so happy with this purchase. Side note: I also purchased the working hands and working feet overnight lotions by O’keefes and I have been using them with this body lotion. My hands get so dry that the knuckles crack and the skin around my fingers peel, and my feet also peel. I have had the same success with these other two lotions. My hands haven’t itches for days and the skin is healing. My feet still get itchy at night but the skin stopped peeling so over all I recommend all three products. Read more
