pleasantly surprised
I ordered the "We the people" and the "Navy" coffee mugs. They came before the estimated time. I like how they feel and how much they hold. It showed the Navy mug darker in the photo, and I was pleasantly surprised to see it is the same shade of blue as the "we the people" mug. I will definitely order them again if one accidentally breaks. Read more
Overall I love it. However, first arrived shattered. Second's color is fading after a month.
I love nice mugs. The comfort of the morning routine. And I weirdly express my identity through my mug collection. Perhaps I should talk to somebody about that? Ha. I hate cheap mugs. Hate them. I unfairly judge AirBnB's by the quality of mugs they stock for their renters. I'm torn on this one. I love the color, the size, the graphic, the handle, the company's mission. All fantastic. The initial quality is excellent other than the crooked handle (pictured). However, a month in, the color is noticably fading, especially around the rim. I think I'll hand wash it from here on. The argument can be made the aging is "patina" rather than wear. For that reason I'll give it four stars instead of three. The first piece arrived completely shattered. Of course they replaced it, but Amazon is requiring me to return the broken mug. In my opinion the quality is in line with other mugs costing $10 less, so you're paying a premium for the mission. Worth it? I think so. They do offer a lifetime warranty. So if you consider it a lifetime investment it's an incredible value. I can see myself using this mug 20 years from now. Read more

Complete and total dishonesty. Touting an American company yet the mug was made in China . And is not true 16 oz Maybe 15. Why do you have to deceive people, especially that it was made in America . I do not want to drink out of anything made in China! Read more
