I have used the Deep Sea scent once, and prefer it to the Fiji one. That being said, they both smell nice and don't irritate my pits as they are not anti perspirant and that stuff will eventually get my pits itchy and irritated. I was using the Dove for men stuff prior to this (again, non anti-perspirant). I will say that the Dove lasts longer. This Old Spice one is not in effect by dinner time and I can smell BO on me, where the Dove had me covered until the next day and even then I smelled better the next morning than I do at bedtime with this stuff. So...the lasting odor protection isn't as good as Dove. But is does work and smells nice. Read more

I am a registered nurse, so I am aware that men get breast cancer too!!!! It is true that the evidence is mixed for aluminum in deodorants causing breast cancer, but I prefer to be on the safe side and have us both wear aluminum-free deodorant. I wear Native for myself and love it, but my husband was always an Old Spice guy!!! He told me no way will I switch away from Old Spice!!!! Lo and behold, they make an aluminum free deodorant that smells just as divine!!! My husband never smells like B.O. with this deodorant, even after copious sweating after exercise and yard work! I switched to aluminum free deodorant after reading the research papers showing the damage aluminum does to our bodies and our brains over time. True or not, who knows, but I'd rather be safe then sorry. I used to use another aluminum free, all natural deodorant which cost $10 PER stick. It was expensive, worked okay but it went very quickly. I have a VERY sensitive nose to smells so a lot of the deodorants out there are unusable due to their strong scents. I smelled this one in a local drug store and then made the purchase here on Amazon. I bought this a while back because I bought the matching body wash and I like matching my scents. A reminder, this is deodorant, not anti perspirant. It doesn't stop you from sweating, it stops you from stinking when you sweat lol. Pros 1. Lasts a while. I rarely had to reapply during the course of a day. Holds scent well. 2. 3 pack costs less than buying 3 solo ones at the store, at least it did when I bought it. 3. Lasts a while. I don't know exactly but it was a long time before I had to buy more deodorant. 4. Didn't burn my armpits. Cons 1. None really. Overall, this is a solid scent from old spice, even if it screams "I'm in my 20s still". Even so, my gf likes the scent and I come back to it every now and then.
