This is a beautiful, high quality Old Trend tote bag. The size is perfect for a tote and the inserts provide options for using it as a purse. I was worried because the price was HALF of what other sellers were listing. But it was a brand new and authentic Old Trend. Read more
Refund ridiculous
The bag is a mottled color rather than a smooth color. The stitching is a informal with the color makes the bag better for informal use. The bags included were large and could hold and organize items. What I do not like is the return policy and restocking fee. I never used the bag, returned in the original bag with the bags for the small bags included and only received 1/2 of the price paid rather than 80% which is still ridiculous. I wish I would have read the return policy before ordering as I never would have placed the order. From the picture posted, I never thought i would return the bag. I will never buy from this seller again and makes me question why Amazon would allow such a ridiculous restocking fee. Makes me also rethink buying anything on Amazon again, Read more

Does not meet my needs for my lifestyle
Straps look cheap and are very hard on one’s cholders. The side straps are not long enough to comfortably carry on one’s shoulders and I personally do not like the single longer strap anyway. I Wanted to use it for a business meeting but the second I placed it on my shoulders it felt bulky and heavy. I try and keep myself organised by having certain items in small bags. That way I’m not scrambling through the big bag to find a pen, I have a smaller pencil bag. These bags don’t fit into this item and not worth my money if it doesn’t meet my needs.
