Overall, the watch is very beautiful, except I try to follow the instructions on how to reduce the size of the wristband and it's impossible to understand. It is also very hard to figure out the instructions on how to set the date and time.You have to use just common sense.Because whoever wrote the instructions either, they didn't know how to speak english, or they didn't know how to express themselves.So don't follow instructions that they send you.Because it will mess you up. The watch though is very beautiful and of course I'm wearing it without the wristband being the proper size. It's bigger than it should be. But it's impossible to figure out how to reduce the link. So you might want to think of bringing it to a jeweler or just putting a twist-o- flex band on it. Read more

I have purchased this beautiful watch before and loved it mostly for it's looks. My last one stopped working after less than 1 year. The biggest problem is trying to get the links removed so that it fits my wrist. In the past, the tool provided has broken in the process of trying to remove links. It has happened again with my latest purchase, and there seems to be no way to resolve it. The customer support line always rings busy and trying to file an email message is not working-message says "complete the capcha" but there is nothing to complete. I even purchased the warranty this time but cannot find a way to move forward. Very disappointing. Read more

Very clean watch. It looks professional and nice. However, the tools to remove links are a nightmare. Very cheap, broke 2 of the metal tip pieces trying to remove links for a good fit... thankfully they include 4 tips but it's just very poorly done in that regard. And frustrating. Read more
