The stylish, smooth low profile of this watch is just what I was looking for. I ordered this for my husband whose old watch had a very thick profile and the metal was terribly pitted causing his shirt cuff to fray. The price was great and it looks great! It would have arrived in a timely way if it wasn't for the big snow storm that held up mail delivery for a week. So far it is working perfectly. I'm one of those weird people who reads instructions just in case, even though I can usually figure out what to do on my own. So I tried to read them, but they were in such fine print that I needed to use a magnifying glass to help me read them and my eyes aren't that bad. They were also a little confusing. Had this watch for several months, never lost time and is definitely the best durability for price, with a nice simplistic modern style! Recently sent it through the washing machine by accident, but it still works! Had to reset the time, and the glass is scratched/chipped but that's my own fault. However it held up better through a washing machine than some of the other $300+ watches I've owned! Definitely a great deal! When I first got the watch it seemed built nice enough and I liked the look and it fit well etc. I liked it so much that I tossed out all the packaging that came with it thinking "i'll be keeping this one". However, by the next day after the newness wore off, I noticed the second hand was a little shaky and didn't land on the marks and instead was "off" by a noticeable amount. I figured this was just a manufacturing defect as I couldn't get the second hand to land squarely on the lines. This was slightly annoying, but I didn't spend that much on it so I figured I'd let it slide. Flash forward to today and I've noticed that this thing just does not keep accurate time. It gets off by a 3-4min within several hours. I thought I was going crazy at work since the watch was NEW but after adjusting the time several times and then seeing it get off again, I wont be able to use this watch for anything other than looks. and since I tossed all the packaging, this watch will most likely become something I wear only if I don't need to keep accurate time, which basically means its garbage. I saw some timing issues in other reviews but figured it was just a few one offs. Oh well, I will most likely just order a plain looking Casio, I was really hoping this watch would be fine but I guess the quality just isn't there for its basic function, which is to tell time.
