I got these for computer monitor readers and for working in the kitchen chopping, preparing, and reading directions all at once. My regular readers are stronger and they aren't great for working at arms length or seeing my computer screen, but I needed some for those tasks as well. These were just right for my needs. The first thing I noticed was how solid the frame feels when I open and close the arms. The hinges move smoothly and there is no wobble, so they give the impression of real glasses from an optical shop instead of disposable readers, despite being lightweight. On my face they are very comfortable. The nose pads sit evenly and do not dig in, even after hours at the computer. They don't pinch the temples despite having spring hinges. The frame is light enough that I stop noticing it after a few minutes, but it still feels sturdy in the hands. The lenses are larger than most of my older readers, which gives me a wider field of view for the screen. Lens quality is the part that surprised me most. The magnification feels accurate and both sides are consistent. I do not see the mild distortion at the edges that I am used to with cheaper pairs. Text is crisp and clear. The extras are simple but useful. The cloth does a good job of keeping them clean without smudging. The hard case is slim enough to slip into a small bag without bulking it up. I'm a huge fan of this style case because of how easy it is to open and grab the glasses without smudging them with my fingerprints. The comfort, clear optics, and sturdy feel make these readers a strong value. They perform closer to something out of an optical shop than to the bargain rack, and they have quickly become the pair I prefer for computing and cooking. They don't cause any discomfort, and that's coming from someone with sensory issues. Read more

These high quality single-strength readers come in a magnetically closing hard-case that does a great job protecting the glasses as they get tossed in a purse or bag (or sat on in a car!) I LOVE THE CASE! The frames are thin and lightweight, with some texture for character. They are frames that complement and blend with the face rather than being distracting. The color options allow you to select a tone that suits your coloring and wardrobe. As my wardrobe includes a lot of black and grey, yet I find black frames to be a bit harsh with my skintone and don't like silver frames on my medium olive-toned face, I chose the gunmetal, which is a dark grey that has a significantly softer look against my skin than black does. I really appreciated this color option, as often, I'm relegated to black or tortoise-brown as my options. The frames are feather-light, comfortable, and stay up on my nose fairly well. I don't notice any distortion effects with the single strength reader lenses. Additionally, they have a blue-light filter to reduce dry-eye effects and strain of reading on phones and computers (though blue-light filter layers on clear lenses provides less of a shield than do tinted yellow or orange lenses.) These are nice, upscale readers! Read more

While I'm not personally fond of this style, or any "style" really, I cannot state enough how ridiculously clear these are. When I got these there were no reviews so I thought I'd give them a try. I thought they were more of a plain silver but they have embellishments and a lot of detail, fashionable I would say. Now there are a lot of reviews with great pictures so I'm not going to add more of the same. I did just want to say, out of every pair of reading glasses I've used from off the shelf to readers made by an optometrist, these are by far the clearest reading glasses I have ever put on. So while these are a bit too fashionable or pretty for my taste I would not hesitate to order something different from this OLIEYE brand. Read more

**OLIEYE Round Reading Glasses for Unisex Fashionable Design Reader Spring Hinges And Computer Glasses (Silver, 2.0x)** I sampled these OLIEYE round reading glasses in silver, and I was immediately impressed by their sleek and timeless design. The lightweight metal frame feels both sturdy and refined, giving them a high-end appearance that looks good on both men and women. The spring hinges add flexibility and comfort, allowing the glasses to fit securely without pinching or slipping during long use. The lenses are clear and distortion-free, providing excellent sharpness when reading or working on my computer. The anti-blue light coating seems to reduces eye fatigue, especially during extended screen time. I’ve found that my eyes feel far less strained at the end of the day, which is a welcome change compared to other readers I’ve used in the past. These glasses also come well-packaged with a hard protective case and a soft microfiber cloth, both of which are appreciated touches that help maintain their quality. The fit feels natural on my face, and the round frame adds a classic, intellectual look that pairs well with casual or professional wear. Pros: ✅ Elegant, unisex round metal frame with durable spring hinges ✅ Excellent lens clarity with effective blue light protection ✅ Comfortable, lightweight fit for long reading or screen sessions ✅ Comes with a quality case and cleaning cloth Cons: ❌ Limited color options for those wanting bolder styles ❌ Slightly higher price than basic readers, though the build justifies it Read more

I have a lot of reading glasses and these have been my favorite lately. They are vwry clear and pretty light weight. I like the size, even though I don't have a small face. I think thry look very nice on, but more subtle than many reading glasses. I think these are a good deal, based on quality and durability. I have dropped them many times and thry still look great.
