I love a good exfoliating sesh so I've been wanting to try the Italy towel for some time but there's so many fakes out there. Luckily, these Italy towels are the REAL DEAL! First off you get 6 in this pack, which is a fabulous deal for the price, but more importantly they work perfectly! As for the size, I have long fingers & they fit nicely on my hands. The trick to using these exfoliators correctly is to shower as you regularly would (shampoo, body wash, etc) & after you rinse off you go in with the Italy towel on wet skin, using some pressure, scrubbing in small circles, & watch as tons of dead skin, sweat, dirt, dissapointment, sadness, etc comes off in sheets! It's kinda gross but satisfying af! Plus your skin is like brand new afterwards, insanely soft, smooth, & skincare products absorb 100% better. These work great on KP (backs of arms, thighs, butt) & are great to use before shaving (no ingrown hairs & a closer shave) & before self tanner or spray tan. I used to get body scrubs pre covid at the Korean spa and they would use the same kind of towel. These are just the right consistency to remove the dead skin but not tough enough to damage your skin. I used them more gently on my face and I felt and saw a big difference. They are great for exfoliating the body. My best advice is to use them in the shower...you should be wet but not under the water when you’re using the towels, it removes the dead skin better. Read more
Great for removing dead skin after you've showered. I always wondered why my skin would sometimes pill up after a bath while towelling off considering I use a fairly rough loofah? This helps me to rub it away, rinse off & moisturize. Be careful not to use on more sensitive areas as it is rather rough on skin. Read more
I use this for me and my daughter. I get a lot of dead skin on the bottom of my feet and this really helps to remove it and make them super smooth. My daughter who is 9 has Keratosis Pilaris on her legs and arms which is little bumps all over. These are absolutely amazing. They are just like the ones I’ve gotten at the korean spa, “king spa“ in niles, IL. However these are much larger and better for people with big hands. I used to use the japanese(?) exfoliating gloves for years, but they get worn out very quickly, and often get caught on my nails. These body mitts are the perfect solution and I don’t have to worry about my nails getting caught on the fibers nor worry about the fibers ruining my raised nail designs. They are very tightly woven, well stitched, and the colors are true to the picture as advertised. Read more
Just what I needed. Too rough for my kids, so I gave it 3 stars for softness, but if they were really soft they wouldn't work. I just don't want to mislead those who have never used these before. Soooooo good for exfoliating! But handwash because they don't seem to hold up to throwing in the wash with the towels. Read more
Ok I received these a few weeks ago but didn't start using them immediately. But when I did let me tell you. It does exactly what is intended to do. My skin is super soft. The towel fits my complete hand and unlike some reviews mine haven't shrunk. Now I don't use the towel every day, cuz my skin doesn't need that. You can tell if you missed a spot or didn't rub as hard enuff...(ie: the knees). Overall I really like them! For me the pack is going to work great. Read more
When you've finished your shower and are still damp you rub this on the skin you want to exfoliate. Make sure to rub up and down from your wrist to your fingers. If you rub sideways it doesn't work as well. I also put my shower poof inside so I have something to help keep it on my hand, otherwise it wants to slip off. Read more
