I don’t do many reviews, but as a woman who struggles with PCOS, these are amazing. I’ve been using them for about 6 months. I have more energy, my bloat has gone done signing, and I’m WAY sleeping better. It contains inositol and omegas in it too which is amazing for hormonal regulation, inflammation, and blood sugar regulation. The vitamins are okay. I am used to having a more potent vitamin. I gave these a try because it seems like my normal vitamins seem to have been discontinued or something. The capsules are tiny, and being gelcaps they are super easy to swallow. They didn't give me any kind of tummy problems or anything like that. The capsules don't taste like anything and they don't have a bad smell. My main issue is the packaging. I get that Olly has their packaging that makes them stand out, but please change this lid on this bottle. The pop top is ridiculously hard to open and my fingernails are all wrecked from having to pry this lid open every morning for the last couple months. Is it going to keep your product fresh, yeah more than likely but I almost want to avoid using this vitamin because the bottle is so difficult. Also the shrink-wrapped label, very hard to get off and then once you do it either wants to rip all the way off the bottle leaving you with no information about your vitamin; or if you do manage to keep it on at first, it becomes part of the opening problem because it will slip and slide while you try to open that pop top every morning.
