I was in search of water resistant slip-on slippers that actually looked descent. Amazon is flooded with cheap "water resistant" slippers that likely won't last a week or two... you know, the typical garbage sold by made up keyboard smashing companies (eg. ljksedrfers). Picked up the OLUKAI slippers and immediately realized they were perfect. I've been wearing them daily for a couple of months now and even washed them with some Woolite, dried them, and re-waxed them with some Filson wax. They're brand new, still look amazing, feel amazing... and I'll get another pair if they ever drop the price back down to what it was just a couple of months ago. Read more

If you're looking for a fluffy soft slipper, that keeps your feet exceedingly warm, this item is not for you. But if you want a slipper that has soft liner but won't make your feet sweat, a lower profile, a sole that will let you go outdoors, and good looking.....this item IS for you. I wanted a simple slipper that I could slip my foot into and also flip up the back to cover my heal. Most slippers are either way too big and fluffy, or have poor reviews regarding quality. These slippers can be warn with sweats or jeans....they look that good and have structure so they're not floppy. Yes they're expensive, but based on the quality of build I will have these for years. I really wanted to love the OLUKAI Hanohano slippers—the materials and build quality are excellent, and they definitely look great. Unfortunately, they just weren’t comfortable for me. The sizing felt off; they ran a bit big and didn’t fit my foot shape well, which made them uncomfortable to wear for more than a few minutes. I ended up having to return them.
