In my size an in black color this sandal was $80 not $120 so my review is for an $80 sandal. The black by the way is a very light black and with tan stitching almost make the sandal to appear to be dark brown. I like the color. I am old shoe hound from way back. Yes these are made in China but the workmanship is very good. They look like an expensive sandal as they should. I’m giving them four stars as I’ve only had them a few days. This biggest compliment I can give any shoe is that I don’t even think about them on my feet which means they fit and are comfortable. The strap between the toes is leather, a bit stiff and I know it’s there. I suspect this situation will improve as I wear them a few more times. The footbed and strap over the top of the foot is very comfortable. I wear a size 7 shoe and my foot is maybe a touch wide. Many of the reviews mention they had to size up. Maybe true on larger sizes but mine in my normal size fit perfectly. I actually purchased these to wear indoors. If the toe strap softens up a bit as I know it will I will upgrade the rating to five stars and order another pair for outdoor use. Read more

Still breaking them in but love these sandals so far and I'm typically not a flip flop guy. The style and construction are very nice and they look very good. Footbed is rigid due to the construction, but I like that and assume they'll soften a bit with wear. As with others, I found these run at least a full size small and I think this is mostly due to the position of the strap. I originally ordered size12 (usually wear an 11.5 in most shoes and occasionally a 12) and the size of the footbed was almost exactly the same as my size 12 Birkenstocks, but my heal hung off the back of the footbed because the strap pushed my foot farther back. If the strap was further forward they'd probably work though the footbed might still be a bit short for a looser style sandal than the Birks are. Exchanged for a size 14 and the foot position was good but the straps were too loose. Finally ended up with a 13 and those fit well, though the snugness of the strap in the 12 was slightly better I think. So I'm basically a size and a half up from my normal size in most shoes. I'd definitely recommend ordering a size up at least and possibly two sizes if you're towards the upper end of the size. Read more
