Amazing 4K Dual Dash Cam—Easy Install, Great Footage, and Parked Recording Option I’m genuinely impressed with this dash cam. The 4K resolution looks razor-sharp, and the loop recording means I never have to worry about running out of space—it just overwrites the oldest clips automatically. The built-in interior camera is a huge bonus, capturing what’s happening inside the car while the front lens covers the road. It even comes with a rear backup camera that looks nicer than my factory unit; I haven’t installed it yet, but it’s there when I’m ready. I tested it out on a recent vacation with a three-hour drive both ways, and it performed flawlessly the entire time. The footage was super clear, and it gave me peace of mind knowing everything was being recorded. Setup was a breeze: I plugged the included USB-C cable into my 12-volt outlet, tucked the wire along the headliner, down the A-pillar, and under the dash. No dangling cords, no hardwiring—anyone can do it in minutes. The cam powers on with the ignition and starts recording without any extra steps from me. It also has the option to connect to your phone, which makes it a lot easier to manage settings, view footage, and download clips. But if you prefer, you can still use the physical buttons right on the dash cam itself—totally up to you. There’s even an optional parked-recording feature, which can capture footage while your car is off—great for added security. To use that, you’ll need to hardwire it to your vehicle’s power supply. You can either order a hardwire kit or connect it manually if you're comfortable soldering. One thing to note: the G-sensor is very sensitive out of the box. On the “High” setting it locks files whenever I hit a big bump, so I switched it to “Low” and that solved the problem. (The lock feature is actually great protection in a real incident, since those clips can’t be overwritten.) The good- this camera has awesome resolution works perfectly and absolutely love it I have been wanting a good one and this was it! The bad- during a firmware update the camera stopped working, literally 1 day after the return window closed. The ugly- the camera bricked there was no getting it back. Customer support worked with me and we tried everything the get it working. The great- I usually do not add this but this is the train this is a five star instead of a 1 star. The customer service sent me a replacement and went out of their way to with with seeing up including videos made to help me, reviewing videos of me doing the same. We eventually got it all set up and working they were patient even when I was frustrated and eventually despite all the frustration I am more than pleased I did not get hung out to dry and they made sure I was satisfied and had a properly working product. Overall- I would not hesitate to purchase this again. I would tell anyone this is the camera you need. It records the front of the car, then records the rear and inside the vehicle. This is great if you do share rides you can protect yourself, if you deliver you have proof of how the items were treated and where they were dropped off etc. You really cannot afford to get anything but this camera. It was not hard to install, however I added the cable which shows parking mode, be sure you get that if you want parking monitor, it was a little tricky. It was more than worth it. Read more

I purchased this dash cam based on the good reviews and price. Set up was fairly straightforward. You have to run and hide cables from the rear-facing camera through the vehicle's cabin to the windshield. Cables from the front-facing camera also have to be tucked away. The power supply is a cigarette lighter adapter. Keep in mind that some vehicles (like my Bronco Sport) continue power to the cigarette lighter for some 30 minutes after the vehicle is shut down. This means the camera continues to record. That is not the fault of the camera. The video quality is very good for both cameras - even at night. The camera comes with a 64 g SD card. It fills up pretty quickly, so you must either lock the video that you want to save or disconnect power so it will stop recording until you can remove the video. Also, the camera DOES record audio even though it states that it does not. You can turn the audio feature off if you choose. You can set the camera to record chunks of time. So, an hour drive may have as many as 12 video files or more. There is an app that is to allow you to scroll through, play, and save videos. I have found the app to be unreliable and clunky. You have to go through the steps of connecting to the wifi every time. Occasionally, it will lose connection even though you are right beside the camera. The camera is designed to sense events like car crashes. If it does, then it automatically locks the video from being overwritten. It has a tiny speaker which announces that the video is being locked. Recently, I've found that while driving down the road the voice will suddenly announce that it is locking the video - even though there has been no event. This is very annoying because by locking useless video the memory capacity of the SD card is shortened. I must either go in and unlock the video manually, or do a format of the card to erase every thing. In spite of the unreliable app and the video locking glitch, it's a descent camera. Read more
