I only just started taking these a couple of days ago, so I can’t comment on effectiveness yet. But, and I’m not sure how they achieved this with fish oil, it tastes just like lemon. Not fish! Much prefer lemon over fish :) Read more

Omega 3 and C0 Q10 was receommended by an integrative oncologist on IG. This product appears to be good quality and does not have any aftertaste. The ingredients are clearly listed and supplementl facts are provided on the bottle. The pills are smaller, easier to swallow. Read more

This Omega-3 + CoQ10 combo might just earn a permanent spot in my supplement lineup—pending bottle #2. I’m picky about combo formulas, and this one actually delivers real dosages.. EPA, DHA, and CoQ10 all show up in respectable amounts, which is more than I can say for half the “super blends” out there. Packaging gets a nod: dark bottle protects from sunlight, and they didn’t pad it with extra plastic to fake volume. Appreciate the transparency. Three days in, no stomach drama, no rashes, no mystery side effects. Yes, I’ve had a few fish burps, but nothing that would scare off a seasoned omega veteran. Capsules are smaller than my last brand. Bonus points for listing actual fish sources—anchovy, sardine, mackerel—instead of the vague “FISH” label that usually screams mystery meat. That said, the smell is... aggressive. Not sure if it’s the lemon flavoring or a rogue batch, but it’s not winning any awards. Company seems legit, but the website feels like it’s been parked since 2019. No phone number either, which is a miss if you’re trying to verify ingredients or report issues.
