This is a decent and cost effective option for a laptop stand. I like that it comes with a pouch to keep it in and is thin enough when folded to slip into a bad without it taking up much space. But I don’t like that it’s not height adjustable and the arms swing fairly freely. I’m sure you can tighten them to make them a bit more resistant to movement. Other than that it’s a nice laptop stand option to bring on the go and to keep you device off a surface so it can cool while running properly. Read more

Exactly what I was looking for - A sturdy laptop riser/stand which is also compact for travel. Very easy to use - The legs fold inward on top of each other, and it comes with a bag to carry it in once folded down. Slips right into my laptop bag, and if I didn't use it so much, would forget it was there, given how little space it takes up in the bag. Puts the laptop at the perfect angle to allow for keyboard/trackpad access at a comfortable angle, while the front edges are the perfect height to hold the laptop securely, while not getting in the way while typing. Perfect for overnight hotel stays when needing to work in the evenings, and even when logging in while at home some nights when I don't want to head to the home office to connect via my main desktop setup - This allows me to work from the coffee table at a comfortable typing and viewing angle, while still allowing decent cooling of the laptop. I have an older generation macbook, and it always gets really hot, especially when I am using it while charging. This foldable stand comes with a soft carrying case with a pretty snug fit. This is very portable, and easy to throw in a work or travel bag. It does put the laptop at a pretty steep angle. This is great for viewing the screen, but my wrists get sore after a while when I am typing. It is strong enough to handle the weight of my computer, and my agressive fast typing. It really does help increase the airflow around the macbook, and it has been noticeably cooler while on this stand. It also puts the laptop up a little bit higher, so its more comfortable to type on when its on a flat table, but the angle is kind of hard to get used to. I like how lightweight and compact this stand is. I mostly use it for charging my laptop, so that I can keep the cords away from my kitten, and have good airflow while it charges. I also like that it holds the laptop or macbook in place when I am watching videos or getting recipes from the computer screen. That way I don't have to sit my computer flat on the kitchen counter. I don't lose as much counter space, since small items can sit underneath the stand. Overall, if this were less of a steep angle, I would use it a lot more often, and would have given it a much highter rating. I have to say, first impressions were good. I was expecting cheap plastic, but this is fairly strong. So I am most with the value for the money with the quality you are getting. Currently the price is set at $10 with coupon, and I consider that a steal if you are looking for a laptop stand. Not only is the quality good, but it comes with a fairly strong fabric bag for travel which helps reduce concerns of the edges snagging on something during the trip. The way it folds, and keeps a low profile, I can see this easily being placed at the bottom of the bag in that one little slot in-between the handle bars. It is super light too, so you could also stick in your backpack as well. Ease of the assembly is fairly ease since it comes right out of the box already assembled. You just have to unfold the legs, and voila, you got a stand. Height wise, I am currently typing this out, and as someone that wears progressives, this is just in the sweet spot for reading up close. Although the screen is slightly lower than straight views, it is at the right level for me where I can look down without having to turn my head. So I'm good with the height as well. Overall functionality is perfect. Storage capacity is obviously limited to one laptop. Highly recommend this stand if you are looking for a good one at a bargain price. Read more
