I have 2 laptops but different sizes and WFH. I bought this because I used one before in an office job I had and really liked the convenience of it and also it gives me more space on my desk. Its pretty (I got silver because pink was a little too much $$ for me, silver was on discount) and its heavy duty. Its a brick. It's not going anywhere. This product, you are able to adjust the size of the slots for whatever you're going to use it for (laptop, tablet, etc). The tool that came with it, did not work. It was just scraping the paint off the tool. I reached out to customer service because I didn't want to return the whole product for just the tool. I apparently received an email that was in my spam and a week later, I sent another email to customer service and they politely mentioned they had reached out to me ( I confirmed it by searching my emails). They asked for my address and order #. I sent them the info and in 3 days I received a replacement. The customer service was fast and efficient and the tool works amazing and holds both laptops and I have used for about a week now and it works perfectly. I highly recommend this product if you're on the fence. I also recommend reaching out to customer service first if there is an issue. The grip on this thing is amazing. Good quality stand, I'm glad it's aluminum, the inner surfaces have silicone pads. There is a silicone pad covering the entire bottom surface, which prevents slipping. I give it four stars only because the adjustment range starts at 14 mm, which is more than the thickness of my 11.5 mm MacBook Air. I would like to have additional silicone pads included in the set.
