Cars hardly drive can’t make it up ramp

The media could not be loaded. One car moves somewhat fast, but the police car doesn’t work right at all. sometimes I can get it to turn on after pushing button many times. but it even then it hardly moves at all when I do finally get it on. Not strong enough to go up ramps on track. (Yes new batteries added) Defective for sure. But only realized this once I had the track all set up. I Need replacement cars but no way to contact seller by email to ask. I don’t want to replace the whole track, just the cars. Read more
