They definitely leak. My 3 year old granddaughter had them on while she was sitting in my kitchen chair and they leaked like she was sitting there with no protection on. They do not work like advertised. Very disappointed in this product. Read more

I've tried them and every time she has an accident there is pee every where I wouldn't waste my money on these over priced underwear that are not waterproof leak proof or absorbance. They suck. It just makes a bigger mess. Read more

These do leak but not as bad as others that i could clearly see the pee stream out onto the floor. These are good for 1 pee pee and you just have to pay attention to catch before the child goes again. My toddler tells me if he wets so that helps.
