Opalescence is the only teeth whitening gel I will ever use. It is the only gel that doesn't become watery in your mouth when you use it for a prolonged time frame. I like the 20% because my teeth can become sensitive with the stronger gel. I use this gel every six months to keep my teeth white. I receive great comments about how white my teeth are and in fact my neighbor has purchased two orders of this gel because he wanted his teeth to be much whiter! I can definitely tell that my teeth have gotten whiter. I do not recommend sleeping with it on because it can cause your gums to be very red. Read more

I usually buy the 15% but thought I'd try more powerful stuff this time. The directions say you can wear your trays overnight. After a few nights however, I think the bleach was burning my gums so I don't recommend that. Maybe for a few hours at a time. If you like wearing the trays overnight go for the 15%. Read more

I paid much much more for 2 applications of this gel. Great product works perfect. I have a custom fit tray already from the dentist, and would recommend using a custom fit one, as the DIY tray doesnt always work so well. Read more
