After searching through various options for open ear headphones I was primarily focused on the Shokz Open Fit 2 and Soundcore AeroFit 2. Unsure of which to choose I found these Ohayo headphones at a significantly lower price and decided to give them a try. Pros: Build quality is fantastic. These seem very sturdy, durable and well made. Sound quality is excellent, comparable to more expensive brands. Charging case is sturdy. Headphones automatically connect once opened. Display inside charging case is large and clear, easy to read. No app to fuss with. Just put them on and make adjustments with phone/connected device. Fit is nice. Very comfortable, seem very light on ears. Decent battery life, approximately 8-9 hours before recharging is needed. Although I use connected device for controls, touch controls are responsive and simple to navigate. 10 year warranty. Cons: No complaints or issues after 3 weeks of use. In summary, I mainly use these for tinnitus masking sounds when I'm not wearing hearing aids. They are very comfortable and simple to use. They do a really nice job of allowing outside sounds to be heard while listening to streaming music or sounds. Have only work these during walks so can't speak for how they perform during strenuous exercise. Read more

Such a great headset! I've had two other pairs from different brands of over the ear headsets, and these were more comfortable, had a higher quality of sound, and mic quality. Very affordable too. They fit nicely over my ears and I can hear everything very well, while still being aware of the sounds around me. The pair that I ordered had a problem with one of the speakers so I reached out to support. They were very helpful with troubleshooting, but unfortunately we weren't able to fix the problem. Sometimes these things happen, and support sent me a new pair right away! They checked in with me to make sure the product arrived and was working as it should be. The range is good, I haven't had any connection problems, charge lasts for a long time, case is small yet sturdy. I'm very happy with the quality of the product and the high level of support! I have run in Shokz open ear headphones for years and love them. However, mine are connected by the wire in back (OpenRun Pro). This works great for nice weather but winter hats don’t fit very well when you have to run in winter. Enter these amazing open ear, over the ear earbuds! These are exactly what I was looking for. Excellent sound quality, light as a feather, great battery life, premium build, all day comfort, and I can easily wear a winter hat as there is no wire behind my head! And…they are ridiculously affordable. These feel like they should be four times the cost. Premium headphone with a great charging case which has digital screen readouts for the battery percentage. I got mine for under $30 on a daily deal and this might be one of the best headphone values on Amazon! Oh, and they work great for my office too! I can hear things going on around me but still get amazing sound quality! Highly recommended! Read more

I have been using these Open Ear Headphones for a while now and I honestly can’t believe how much I like them. I have tried plenty of over ear earbuds before, but these stand out because of the ergonomic earhook design. They stay in place no matter what I am doing. I’ve worn them for cycling, running, and during intense workout sessions at the gym and they never once felt loose or uncomfortable. They fit in a way that doesn’t press too hard on your ears, so I can wear them for hours without any soreness. The sound quality is much better than I expected for open-ear headphones. Music sounds full and clear, with a nice balance between bass and treble. Podcasts and calls also come through crystal clear. The Bluetooth 5.4 connection is very stable. I haven’t had a single drop or glitch, even when my phone was in another room. One of my favorite features is the smart digital display on the case. It’s so handy to see the battery level at a glance. Speaking of battery, the 40H playtime is real. I use these every day and only need to charge the case about once a week. The headphones themselves charge quickly inside the case, which is a big plus. Also another plus is its super easy to setup. The IPX6 waterproof rating is another reason I got these. I sweat a lot when I run and I didn’t want to ruin another pair of headphones. I’ve used them in light rain too and they work just fine. The touch control operate feature works well once you get used to it. I can pause music, skip tracks, or answer calls without fumbling for my phone, even mid-run. They are also great for safety when running or cycling outdoors because I can still hear traffic and my surroundings while enjoying my music. The open ear design makes me feel safer and more aware without sacrificing too much sound quality. Overall I think these are a fantastic buy. Between the comfortable fit, excellent sound, long battery life, waterproofing, and easy controls, they check all the boxes for what I wanted. If you need Bluetooth headphones for sports, workouts, or just everyday use, I’d say these are worth every penny. Read more

These check all the boxes for me: Open ear, (I hate in-ear buds) great sound, intuitive and responsive controls without being prone to accidental clicks, great call quality, comfortable and secure, not ugly. And I have tried ALL the headphones - from the cheap to the super-spendy and I always find some kind of deal-breaking fault. If I were to pick at nits, the charge case is a bit big in my pocket, but with a 10 hours out-of-the-case charge and all-day comfort, I just leave them on when I'm not using them and totally forget that they are there. Not bad for $30 on sale! Read more
