This is the perfect skirt with elastic. The skirt is a shorter length, but not too short. The fabric feels soft and stylish too, and even though I bought this for a beach skirt, you could easily wear it out. This is as nice as skirts I've purchased for more than $80-100. I ordered the white, which was almost a cream, but I am not complaining. The elastic is stretchy, and I normally am a medium, but easily could have worn a small.
