Build Quality This thing feels solid. The triangular structure and thick materials mean it’s not going to wobble when you’re mid-rep. Bonus points for the non-slip rubber pads, they keep it steady and protect your floors. It’s also foldable, which is a lifesaver if your gym shares space with, well, life. Adjustability You can tweak this bench for just about anything. The backrest adjusts to four angles—flat, incline, decline—you name it. The squat rack? Adjustable too, with four height options, so it works whether you’re tall, short, or somewhere in between. Versatility This isn’t just a bench. It’s a 6-in-1 setup. Bench press? Check. Leg extensions? Yep. Preacher curls? Got those too. It’s basically your all-in-one station for hitting everything: chest, arms, legs, back, abs—you’re covered. Heads-Up Assembly isn’t the smoothest ride. The instructions could be clearer, so set aside some time (and patience). Once it’s put together, though, it’s smooth sailing. Bottom Line The OPPSDECOR Standard Weight Bench Set with Squat Rack is a great pick if you’re looking for something affordable, sturdy, and functional for your home gym. It’s got all the versatility you need without draining your wallet. Just be ready to put in a little work during setup. Read more
I have Rheumatoid arthritis, am retired, and need to exercise my legs and arms to stay functional and without pain. This home gym exceeded my expectations, because it is very sturdy built for my 5’10”, 245 pound frame. I also need to do leg lifts to strengthen the quads, and have no issue hitting the floor when in my socks. However, with shoes on, my feet do scrape the floor. This is no big deal. If I had to, I could raise the gym on blocks, but it is far easier just to do the leg lifts in my bare feet. I’m extremely well placed with this purchase because it gives me an affordable Home gym that meets my requirements Read more

Quality seems eh, but the bench is tiny man. I get the price but if you’re taller than 6ft tall I highly recommend not buying. It doesn’t come with any weights or bar bells. This is the bench and the press bar stand only. Very disappointed Read more
Great quality for the amount of money! I recommend more than one person to put it together. But was easy to put together just a lot of pieces Read more
It is the very definition of a beginner weight lifting bench. You definitely get what you pay for. Yes, it works. But it's the cheapest weight bench and leg curl money can buy, and the quality and size reflects that. The fact that it works is worth three stars in my book, but everything is pretty flimsy. The pads move around. The rack pegs come loose all the time. If you're a serious weight lifter, don't even think about buying this. But it's great for someone like me who is just wanting to stay in shape and isn't sure if they're going to stick with lifting weights. Read more
