Wow! Huge game changer. I'm 44 years old with complete loss of my glands since age 31 from Accutane for acne. I've tried all kinds of eye drops which work for a few minutes. These eye drops are amazing, long-lasting, and provide extreme dryness relief. Highly recommend. Read more
I recently had cataract surgery and this had been this best eye drop I used. I love in a very dry region and this gets me thru the day. Arrived in time and quick. Read more
Good drops for dry eye. Very difficult to squeeze out though so I would not recommend this for an elderly person or someone that struggles with hand grip or fine motor skills. I understand that the bottle is designed that way because they are preservative free drops Read more
I’ve been through every brand in the drugstore and always had the same problem: instead of soothing my dry eyes all those drops irritated them. Optase is the exception. They don’t use preservatives - which means you have to keep track and toss what’s left as they recommend, after they have been opened for a while. It’s totally worth it. The relief is real. It gets worse once the bottle has less than 1/3 less. If the manufacturer could redesign the dispensing tip, I’d buy again. But this is too wasteful and expensive. Read more
My optometrist recommended these drops and they do the trick for my MGD. My eyes would be gritty in the morning and unbearable by evening but since using these daily in the AM I seldom have symptoms. If I do, it is usually from something like smoke or dust in the environment, so I just reapply. Read more
Good product, but difficult to apply. Especially considering how expensive it is. For this reason I gave it 4 stars. The vial is fairly hard plastic and you have to squeeze it really hard to get the drops out. They don't come right out and when they do they dribble down your cheek. I have spent a lot of time trying figure out how to squeeze the vial and not waste the contents. I have been using Optase for almost a year. It is very soothing to the eye. Read more
