I’ve been buying these inserts for years, and they’ve been amazing! They even helped me summit Mount Kilimanjaro without any foot pain. I own three pairs and use them in both my tennis shoes and hiking boots — they’re super easy to switch in and out between shoes. The price here is also much better than what I’ve seen at shoe stores. This is my third Optimal Full Orthotic Arch Support Motion Control Insole I own and will be buying more in the future. You can't purchase more comfort in your shoes then these Orthopedic inserts and wit my doctors recommendation it was the best decision. Read more
I used to work in a store that sold these orthotics. They were always great. My wife used them many times and never had a problem with them. The pair we got were worn in a brand new pair of shoes and they wore unevenly. It wore almost through on the toes and only on one side after having been worn only 6 times. After returning the product I received an email letting me know of a $19.48 restocking fee. So they get their money back and we get half of what we paid for a defective pair. I never write bad reviews but that’s pretty ridiculous. If they weren’t defective, I wouldn’t have returned them. And having done so because they were defective, they should have refunded the entire price paid. I will never buy from this seller again. Read more
