I was surprised at how well this tote bag was made. I have others similar to this from different brands and what stood out for me are the quality of the elastic and cinche beads on the sides that tighten the opening - it stays locked in place! I needed a new bag (purse) for travel, and I like ones that are kind of a tote bag type, but with a few pockets, and I want them to be very light so that the only weight it what I put in it. This fills the bill. The outside zipper pocket will be perfect for ID, passport, etc. when going through airports. The very large outside pocket on the other side is great for just dropping your phone in, as well as anything else you need at hand quickly. It has no closure, but is deep enough (the entire depth of the bag) that that shouldn't be a big problem. Inside there is only one smallish pocket with no zipper, for lipstick, etc. It could be deeper, as I've noticed sometimes my lipstick ends up in the main compartment because it apparently fell out of the pocket. They could have put another pocket on the other side, but they didn't. The only thing I really object to is the snap closure. It's a very hard snap to use and it would have been so much nicer if they'd used a magnetic closure. This is big enough for your tablet, a sweater, maybe a small pair of slippers, scarf, etc. Everything you'll need to be comfortable on the plane or in the car. You could even put a medium sized knitting project in it. I like the ability to cinch it up on the sides, it gives it a different look. I hooked my keys to the zipper on the outside pocket, as there's no other place to put them and be able to retrieve them easily. I'm sure this color (pink) will get dirty faster than the black one, but I like a color, and I am pretty sure it will wash beautifully. Read more

This is a fun medium-large tote bag is a soft, sweet color made of a very pleasant fabric. I kind of want some bedsheets made from this fabric as it has that crisp cotton feel to it though it's made of nylon. It has a nice texture and touch. The inside is one large space though there's a small pocket inside and one outside, too. The side cinches tighten the opening and give it a nice, modern hobo look. It would be nice if there was a longer shoulder strap, but there are two non-adjustable and sewn-in bag handles. The whole thing is a solid construction and all the same color. For an updated hobo bag, it's very nice and feels sturdy with tight stitching. I adore this color, too! This works well for storage, water resistant for a gym bag, cute diaper bag, or a regular fun purse. I highly recommend it if you like the hobo bag look. I usually steer clear of nylon bags, but this one doesn't look like your typical nylon bag, nor feels like it. Very cute! Read more

This bag is super light and easy to carry... it's got LOTS of room for just about anything.. A book, notebook, pens, wallet, keys, phone and make up bag fit perfectly! - with extra room if I needed. Love the cinch sides too - gives it a great look and , if you need less space, it comes in handy. This is easy to pack for travel too - but probably better to be part of the travel. I would use this as a gym bag too ,it would be perfect for a change of clothes and water bottle and small crossbody purse or wallet. I gave it a 4 only because the green is less mint green in person, it's dulled down a bit... I know it doesn't come with one, but an option for a crossbody strap would be nice with this bag too... I got this bag for something casual to take when running errands, to the movies, or the gym. I am not really a fancy purse kind of girl and I wanted something that would go to the gym with me. The drawstring sides make it a cute look. The bag is not too big but still manages to hold all my stuff. I took it to the gym and had a sweatshirt, water bottle, phone, and a few smaller items like my wallet and keys inside and it had plenty of room. See photo for accurate size. For reference I am 5'3. The fabric is soft. I thought it might show dust or lint easily but was surprised to see that it didn't get dirty from tossing it on the gym floor a half dozen times. This bag is much bigger than I expected it to be, which is a GOOD thing! It holds a ton of stuff, both large items and small. It is constructed of a very nice, smooth material, and appears to be well made. The handles are firmly attached, and the cinch strap helps to keep things from falling out. As bags/totes/purses go, this one is not overly expensive. I am glad that I got it, and recommend it to others, who need a lot of storage space when on the go! Read more
