I don’t usually write reviews, but this product truly deserves one. I had a really painful canker sore on the inside of my lip that made it hard to eat, drink, or even talk comfortably. I tried salt water rinses and other home remedies, but nothing seemed to help — until I tried Orajel 3X for Mouth Sores. As soon as I applied it, the pain relief was almost instant. The numbing effect kicked in within seconds, and it lasted long enough for me to get through meals and conversations without discomfort. What really impressed me, though, was how quickly it helped the sore heal. Within just a couple of days of using it a few times a day, my canker sore was almost completely gone. By day three, it had healed up entirely! I also like that the gel is easy to apply — it stays in place pretty well and doesn’t sting when it goes on. The taste isn’t bad either, especially compared to some other oral gels I’ve tried in the past.
