Probably the best floss I've ever used. I appreciate how it is not mint (no flavor) and also how it easily slides between teeth, even if your teeth are a bit crowded and close together. It can shred if you aren't careful and pull a new floss strand along the cutter on the container instead of angling it for a clean slice, but it's otherwise very shred-resistant and extremely break-resistant as well. Making the metal cutter a little bit sharper might solve the issue. If you have any kind of accumulation between your teeth, it *will* get it out and you will *see* it on the floss! So you can visually verify that it's working well and doing what floss is supposed to do by getting the gunk and plaque out from between your teeth. My only other lamentation is that I have to get it online because, while I remember they used to sell this at my local stores many years ago, I haven't seen it in any nearby stores in several years, and I do check occasionally, always hoping that Oral-B will convince the local retailers to sell it. Recommended by my dentist, who uses it personally and has never had a single cavity, I find this floss to be superior. It is easy to get between my tightly-spaced teeth, even when there is something blocking the inter-dental space. It does not break or shred. It does not simply glide over tartar as Glide does. Great for tight gaps. The only floss I use. Shreds slightly, but no worse than others (even Glide shreds on my teeth). All of my local stores stopped carrying this floss, so I tried buying in bulk on Amazon. I was a bit apprehensive buying in bulk, I'm glad I did; it's the same stuff that I used to buy locally. Only downside is they are still individually packaged; I unpackaged the all at once using my Canary package scissors to cut across the top of each plastic blister. Read more
Only thing bad about these flosses is that sometimes the floss will be broken off down inside / not showing. But they are relatively easy to open up. If you don't see floss DON'T THROW IT OUT, open it up! I love this floss. it's my favorite floss because I have a lot of fillings in my teeth and it makes it hard to use thick floss like Crest Glide.
