It’s packaged like the one we are used to getting! But it is not the FLOSS!!! Very misleading!! Don’t like it at all!!! It’s no different like the cheap ones! I sure miss the older version of it!!!! It’s the same brand, but they must of changed the Floss for the worse! Don’t waste your money! Read more

Not sure if all the individual floss containers will be like the first one I tried in the set, but the floss is hard to pull out. Each time it’s the same thing, so if the next container is similar, that’s just how it must be designed. Otherwise, I love this type of floss. Read more

I have bought Oral-B Advanced Floss for years because of their excellent quality; however, I am disappointed with them now. Each unit that I open to use has a defective “pull and cut” process to it. The floss always sticks, the container falls open, requiring me to stop, place the spool of floss back in the unit and rethread it after EACH use. This is simply not efficient. Unfortunately, I missed the return date on this, hoping that the next unit I opened would operate correctly. This has not been the case. Read more
