I'm not sure why people like the Plackers. Those are awkard to hold, poking the bottom of your hand and the floss is too thick, making it hard to slide between your teeth properly. They feel like cheap floss really. Now that is out of the way, on to these. I much prefer using these Oral B's to normal floss. You just grab and go, no setup necessary. They are strong, so 1 pick will get your whole mouth flossed. The bonus is the toothpick on the end. I've bought and used these since receiving a sample about a year ago. The glide floss gets between tight spaces well, without having to wrap my fingers in floss. And the pick end has just enough strength for getting in spaces for added cleaning. My teeth have been much cleaner when going to the dentist now! Read more

Easy to use when you have only one hand to floss with. Might work for kids who don't have the big string floss technique mastered. I've always hated flossing because my teeth are so tight together that it physically hurt to floss. The floss on these sticks are really thin and really strong (they don't break when pulling out between tight teeth). It also has a slight minty flavor, but it's not overwhelming. My 5 year old thinks it burns his mouth, so don't try on little ones unless they actually like the minty flavor. But I love it!! Read more
