These are the best! I've used a lot of different toothbrushes in my life, a when I got this, it worked significantly better at getting off plaque at my gum line than my last several toothbrushes. I spent time actively searching for the same kind as a replacement, which I've never bothered to do before. I have the replacements now and I can say they are just as good (or at least the first one is, we'll see about the next in a couple months). Since these are stiffer bristled than my old Oral B-40 brushes I don't care for them. It's just to me a violent way to wake up each morning, and I am in search of a softer toothbrush, be it Oral B or something else. These work, but just too stiff bristled for me. Read more

Glad the description was complete. My dentist recommended I get an Oral-B #40 Soft toothbrush to use to clean a dental device and nowhere on the packaging of any soft toothbrushes for sale in stores is the number 40 listed. In fact it is not listed on this pkg. either, but the headline description did say #40! The manufacturer should list that on the pkg. otherwise how would anyone know?
