If you want to feel like you just left a dental cleaning, every single day, purchase this toothbrush. Hands down the best toothbrush i have ever used! I know it feels like a high price but it is a great product, and if you love clean teeth and fresh breath you won’t regret it. I love the app too although i stopped using it. Plus the battery life is awesome. I personally don’t care about color, but if you’re sloppy like me you might want to stick to white- i see any leftover residue that runs down the handle and can be a little off putting. WOW!!! We've happily used Oral B electric toothbrushes for over twenty years and were looking to upgrade. This iO7 is incredible and quite a step up from the old system. It provides a powerful brushing and leaves your mouth feeling tingling clean. We are very impressed. The travel case is very sharp and will get some use because we always take our electric toothbrush on trips. Frankly, we can't live without one. For us, the app is an unnecessary feature. We don't need an app to tell us how we're brushing. I have one criticism of Oral B: they offer way too many models of toothbrushes. It makes shopping very confusing. They must have a dozen or more models at varying price ranges. The iO alone must have at least 6 models or more. What exactly is the difference from one model to the next? At the end of the day, most of us just use one setting and turn the thing on, then off. Simple is better. It's only a toothbrush. Read more

Switched from Phillips Sonicare after many years of use due to the Sonicare making a very loud noise during use that could not be rectified. Oral B IO series had a good review so switched to it. I’m disappointed in the fact that it “drools” all over my face in use and doesn’t time out. It keeps on going in perpetuity. I wish it would go for two minutes or so and complete the cleaning cycle. Very annoying. The good attribute is that it cleans well. Just have a tissue in your non-dominant hand while in use to blot up the drool while in use. Read more
