The brush heads are good oral-b quality. Superior to knock-off brushes. Some reviewers mentioned that these were gentle on their gums but I found that for me, they are not as soft as I need. I would not buy this style of brush head again because they irritate my gums. The bristles are too stiff and feel sharp on my gums. Read more
