It's an end to morning breath. The bacteria seem to wipe out all that SO2 mouth stink-um. It works faster than I expected and typically before I fall asleep. Does a good job of keeping your mouth healthy...if you've got a pretty healthy mouth to begin with, or some minor problems like plaque (the soft stuff) formation. You brush your teeth first...and then dissolve one pellet in your mouth. I like to swish it around for a minute or two and then floss to get it between the teeth and even a little below the gum line. So I'm satisfied and will probably buy again. But if decaying teeth or serious gum disease (or maybe even stomach issues) are what's causing your halitosis, it won't solve these problems for you. I purchased this product because I have to have a mouth and gut that no matter what I eat, afterwards, I always have breath. It is stressful and I'm always told that I need to brush more or eat certain foods that won't cause it but it's just so much hassle to do more than I already do! So honestly, this probiotic seems to work for a period of time only. I do notice that it keeps the smell at Bay longer than if I went without. I take it daily for that reason but I wish that it was stronger and kept the smell away longer. So all in all I appreciate this product because it does help neutralize the bacteria in the mouth for a certain amount of time. I honestly think I just need more... So I'm giving it 3 stars.
