I am getting another one, after giving mine to the significant other. I bought this 2 years ago, it is like new, hardly scratches and functions very well. No branding label on it, which is always preferred. Easy to adjust. Polish is just right, not shiny at all. Colors blends in with MacBook Air’ silver. Most importantly it is one of the cheapest of similar designs in Amazon. Definitely buy it. It holds Macbook Air very solid. I never tripped ot over ny accident. Read more

Very well made. I like that this is made of sturdy metal and it's adjustable. In fact, I like it so much I bought 3 (one for home, on for office, and one for a co-worker). Read more

Looks fantastic and works well. Adjusting it can be a little tedious and the rubber is a bit grippy so you’ll need to make it loose so it doesn’t attach to your MacBook, but other than that it’s great. Read more

I am using this with my Dell Precision 7500 (15") laptop, which is fully loaded and is quite heavy, and I selected this stand because of the way the supports are attached - using 2 allen screws/bolts for each support, on the bottom. Having the 2 bolts for each support makes the support very stable. I considered some of the other vertical stands that have the single thumbscrew on the top for each support, but I was worried how well they would stay. The 2 bolts per support is a little less convenient, because the bolts go into the bottom of the stand, and also, there is no "track" for the support, so you if you are picky about how the support "looks", you have to adjust the supports to be parallel, but that is a kind of small inconvenience compared to how stable the stand is. Also, there is foam/rubber padding inside the stand. Overall, I would recommend this stand. P.S. The Dell Precision has power and ethernet connectors on the "back" of the laptop, so when I put the laptop into this stand, the laptop "back" end is upwards. That turns out to also be good because the laptop has vents on the back, so heat rises upwards. Read more

I got an adapter to use an external monitor with my laptop, but was annoyed my laptop was taking up most of my workspace when laid flat. I’d seen docks like this around and thought I’d try it out for the price. I’m really glad I did! It looks very sleek, works with my MacBook and doesn’t interfere with the adapter at all. The base is very heavy so it would take an enormous effort to knock it over. The paddle arms are adjustable and have soft rubber on all sides so it won’t scratch your device. My MacBook is very thin, but I think it would probably even hold an iPad comfortably. For the price, this was totally worth it. Great solution for keeping a tidy wfh space. Read more

I really like this stand. It looks great with HP laptops and clears up space on my desk. However the main reason I got it is because my laptop would run hot when sitting flat on the desk and the fan would spin up and be noisy. In the stand it stays cooler and hence quieter. This is a must have accessory for the latest thin and light high performance laptops. Read more

Nicely solid without any names or logos detracting from the matte finish. Easy to adjust. Laptop slides and and out without issue. Not tippy. Like other, similar, stands, it's not open on the bottom so I slide the laptop in vents up for the best cooling airflow. This does place the dock cable up off the desk but in my case it's out of sight and, by extension, out of mind. Read more
