Vibrant matcha powder with a great texture and value.
First off, assuming this is actual "ceremonial grade" matcha, the value for price is some of the best I've seen. Although I am not a matcha expert by any means, I was able to observe that this matcha powder has a deliciously vibrant green color similar to other ceremonial grade matcha I've had. The texture is also very finely ground with not large chunks or clumps when using a matcha whisk with proper technique. From this, I would say the quality of this matcha is quite good. In terms of taste, I did enjoy the the smooth, lightly bitter taste of this matcha. It does not have the most depth of flavor and was sometimes a bit light tasting, so I did find myself using a bit more powder than usual. Read more

I really like that this is a USDA certified organic matcha. Comes in culinary quantity meaning you don't have to skimp when using in recipes. Perfect for adding the nourishing benefits of matcha while also adding slight flavor and the grinch color. Sifting when using helps to avoid clumping. My wife has been using this certified organic culinary-grade matcha powder in her yogurt daily for weeks, and she absolutely loves it.
