The best Matcha! -- I was experiencing major "crash and burn" from my morning coffee routine. I have always enjoyed Matcha but had a hard time finding one that was not presweetened and bitter. This is the ABSOLUTE BEST matcha! -- The taste is great! It's very smooth. I mix it with a little water and two scoops of unflavored collagen. I was hopeful, however it wasn’t exactly what I had expected. The flavor is genuine but I wasn’t expecting to add sweetness to it while mixing. It doesn’t mix really smoothly because I was having to blend it for a much longer time. I have come really close to matching the Starbucks flavor and style of matcha without the cost. I mix 2 teaspoons with hot water and blend in some plain almond milk and a bit of honey using a frother wand. It is so creamy and delicious! I’m sure by itself it may taste a little bitter (as expected with matcha), but made this way I do not taste any bitterness. The powder is vibrant green with a fresh consistency.
