After many years of adding sweet cream for my coffee, about six months ago I decided to forego the added sugar and opt for half & half. I buy a lot of different products by Organic Valley and have never been disappointed, and this "ultra pasturized organic half & half" was no exception. It took a little while to get accustomed to unsweetened coffee, but it is, indeed, "rich & creamy", and I now do not miss the sugar at all. It is a bonus that it is "pasture raised", which I also opt for. Also, Organic Valley's 32 oz. half & half does not go bad quickly. I highly recommend this product. Read more
