Measurements help! The 11/12 fit a small petite woman. 108 lbs, 34” hips and 21” around the leg. They stretch a bit when wearing but don’t wedgiie up on me like women’s underwear. They cover the back buttocks crack by 2 inches. When on they look a little like boy shorts but are cute and comfortable without riding up. Thick, well made and elastic is covered in cotton. Good thickness. Love the undyed natural colored ones. They are too tight around the waist but the leg holes are too big so the fit is off. My two year old is very skinny so if it’s tight on her I don’t know which two year olds will be able to wear the 2T size. But they were the best organic underwear for toddler girls I could find.
