This set is pretty fantastic in every way, and it is one of the best tool purchases I have ever made. It was not expensive by any stretch of the imagination, at least not for this level of superb construction, design, and overall quality and so I cannot recommend it enough. The handle of the driver feels great in the hand and you can immediately feel that it is a solidly built tool that seems like it will last quite some time and put up with a good amount of use along the way. The turning action when you are actually using the device, combined with the magnetic nature of the tip of the driver and the bits, means that it is far easier to use with even the tiniest of screws than I could have ever expected prior to buying this item. It is awesome and incredibly effective in that respect. No more frustration trying to place one of those super, super tiny screws into place and get it threaded correctly in a confined tiny space, which is so helpful if you have big fingers like mine that are tough to get into the spaces needed to get the screws started. The magnetism of the bits makes quick work of that because you can put the screw on the bit ahead of time and then guide it down in to its correct spot, no fingers needed. Overall the magnetic aspect is just a nice feature and makes the process of doing any highly detailed work with tiny parts that much more intuitive and easy to complete. All the bits are machined with precision and there are literally no flaws in any one of them, nor are they made of such a weak metal that deform upon using them with some force to dislodge a stuck bolt or screw, like so many other less quality versions of this type of item are known to do. Even the most pointed, tiny little philips this kit contains is absolutely perfectly shaped, and as a whole the entire set of bits are definitely not built by a factory with marginal quality control standards. Someone took pride in what they were making, or maybe a precision machine made them automatically without any human input, but either way they are very high quality. The other accessories are of almost as good of quality as the driver set and bits are. I am referring to the tweezers, anti static charge wristband, the plastic pry tools, and other items included that are not in the actual center box that holds the driver and bits and extension part. There was one point of wear that I did notice and that was with the pry tools. The plastic ones that come in the set are made of a softer plastic than i expected, so don't do what I did and try to pry apart something that was quite difficult to do because it marked up the tip of one of them with some nicks and scuffs. The product worked correctly did exactly as it was supposed to, but it was more about the job I was using it for was probably better suited to something made of metal. I noticed a similar thing happen to the tweezers which one pair comes to an extremely fine (and sharp) point, and when I used the point to try and move something I probably shouldn't have, the super thin metal tips bent ever so slightly to one side. It was a super easy fix though as i just bent them back into place and they were good as new. Basically the point I am getting at is the pry tools and the tweezers are not made of indestructible materials and can show wear and tear rapidly if not used the way they are supposed to be used, which is precisely what I did before learning my lesson quickly and stopping short of actually causing any real lasting damage to the tools. I recommend this item wholeheartedly, and I have only ever written a few amazon reviews. This isn't typically my style or way of doing things on here. So for me to even write a review at all means it is something that I feel passionately enough about to take the time to write this all out. So you can see that it has to be something that I really would like others to know too and hopefully my thoughts on an item could help inform their purchase decisions if at all possible. This is a great kit to own if you're always having to fix or tinker with things. Before buying this, we would often find ourselves having to find some new kind of screwdriver, or one of a different size to fit whatever proprietary device we were working on at the moment. So far, we have been to open up and take apart every device we have come across with ease using the stuff from this kit. The build quality feels solid and we haven't seen any significant wear from use over the last few months. We also very much like the bag the tools came in, which makes it easy to organize the tools neatly and compactly. Even if you don't work with tech all that much, it's still convenient to have around in the event you have to open up one of the many devices that either you or someone you know owns. Also makes a great gift for anyone you know who likes to fix stuff, but doesn't yet have a proper kit with all the tools they could need in one place. I bought this with the intent of using it to put together a PC. It did its jobs extremely well. Having the screwdriver be magnetic makes it easy to not lose any small screws when working inside a computer. Funny enough, I have also taken advantage of the different bit sizes to put together Ikea furniture. The qualify of it good. The actual screwdriver is plastic, but it does have a rubber grip around it. The bits themselves appear to be metal, I've used them on some pretty hard screws, and they have not at all lost their shape. Read more

As a computer technician, I am always needing screwdrivers and tools to take apart various electronic devices. It seemed to be a very reasonable price for what was in the tool kit, and I had high expectations from the many favorable reviews. Here is what I found: Very Versatile Screwdriver Set - This will accommodate many shaped screws. The magnetic tip on the screwdriver is very convenient when pulling screws out or lining up screws with the hole. When opening the screwdriver kit new out-of-the-box, there were noticeable scratch marks all along the black paint on the metal end of the screwdriver. This made it almost seem used, though there is no other wear on the screwdriver...will have to see how long it holds up. When I received the screwdriver kit, the flexible extension rod's end was completely bent, making it almost unusable. Also, the extension rod did not fit into the screwdriver case correctly, keeping the case from snapping shut correctly. It has since been removed from my kit because the case won't stay shut with it in there. Nice Metal Tweezers - There are many different types and sizes. They all feel high quality and have a nice weight. Spudgers - There are three metal spudgers, all of which are good for popping cases of electronics. There are many different shapes and size, and some are bent (intentional). There is also one pencil-like spudger that is not metal, though still solid and durable feeling. Plastic Opening Tools and Triangle Plectrum - The plastic opening tools are nice and easy to use. Only worry is on how long it will last...They may crack and break when popping cases open. The triangle plectrum is high quality and a nice addition to this kit. Utility Knife and Ruler - Both are very nice with no issues. Suction Cup and SIM Card Ejector - No issues with either of these parts.The SIM Card Ejector is very helpful, especially if your phone didn't come with one. Anti-Static Wrist Strap - When mine came in, the band was completely frayed and the threads were coming out. The quality is very poor, and it doesn't seem it will work much longer. Overall, the value is very good for the price, and many of the parts are of good quality. However, there were many downfalls that included the scratched screwdriver, the bent extension rod, and the fraying antistatic wrist strap that were included in my kit. I would recommend this product to a friend with these few precautions. UPDATE: The screwdriver kit's tips are cheaply made and will bend and break if turned too hard. I found this out when turning a tight screw, after which, the screwdriver's tip was completely bent and destroyed. Read more
