Great towels!
Winter, for me, brings high static electricity in my hair. Oh my gosh, does it ever! I style my hair. It's a simple, smoothe style, and the static makes it impossible to control. I researched for a solution. One solution is, a moisturizing shampoo/conditioner, and using a microfiber hair towel. I was using a shampoo/conditioner for thinning hair and a cotton hair towel. The static was insane and frustrating. I ordered a moisturizing shampoo/conditioner and these microfiber towels. I could hardly wait to see if this was going to work for me, oh, and I was very skeptical. I left the shampoo/conditioner in my hair for a few minutes, thinking, give it time to absorb the moisture benefit. I used the microfiber towel to wrap around my wet hair and absorb while I dried off and put on my pj's. Then I toweled my hair and used my regular mousse. I rarely blow dry my hair, instead, I comb it out and wrap it on top of my head and go to bed. Yes, wet hair at bedtime, but using the microfiber towel pretty much dried my hair to just a little damp, mostly because of the mousse. The next morning, I brushed out my hair, anticipating the static. Hardly any static! Fantastic! That was the point of buying these towels, static control. Just to test the value of the towels, I used my regular shampoo/conditioner and the microfiber towel. The result was a little static but obviously, the towel alone made a positive difference. The towels are nicely made, good density, and the right size to wrap around my head. I use them exclusively for my hair and I wash them with rest of my bath towels, washcloths, hand towels, in hot water with bleach. The microfiber towels launder well, no fraying, warping, or curling. In my experience, regarding purpose and use, I highly recommend these towels. The price and count is fair. I saw other options that are fewer towels and more expensive. You don't need to spend more for a good quality microfiber towel. Read more
