These wooden whisky glasses are really something special. Handcrafted loveliness. They are super comfortable to hold; the size is really just right. I love how dark and smoky they appear. These set of wooden whiskey glasses were a perfect gift for my bourbon drinking husband (luckily there are two so really, they are for me too). Drinking out of wood somehow enhances the spirit drinking experience, they are our new favorite "glasses". They company has added two large ice ball molds also. They pull apart to easily remove the ice when frozen. Would highly recommend as a gift, great value. Read more

I'll admit, I've never heard of the OIEKDJYD brand, and I have to suspect that it was generated by mashing on a keyboard or perhaps letting a cat type, but regardless, they've made some decent wooden cups. The cups themselves look good, smooth and glossy, though I wouldn't have minded if they were a touch heavier, they certainly add a bit of class and sophistication to your drink. I tried it out with whiskey and for fun, some tequila, and I did not detect any change in the flavor or character, despite the instructions to "absorb the energy from the wooden cup and ice cubes." Specifically there were no additional charred, smokey or oak notes, which is probably for the best. Each cup came with it's own spherical ice mold, one of these worked great (pictured in a glass for visibility) and the other didn't seem to keep a solid seal and only formed a half sphere with the rest of the water leaking out. As per instructions, I hand washed and dried the cups, but the ice molds went in the dishwasher and survived none the worse for wear. Read more

I ordered these wooden whiskey glasses as a White Elephant gift for a xmas party. They seem durable and well-crafted but they do feel lighter than expected. The charred inside makes them look really cool, and is supposed to add to the flavor of the drink inside. They are large enough to fit a whole cocktail, but also great for just a finger or two of straight whiskey. I also love that they came with the ice molds! They're a nice added little treat. When we used these for the first time, they leaked. Whiskey went through it. Definitely not liquid tight. Seeps out of the bottom. Probably shop another brand. Read more

First off these OIEKDJYD original wooden bourbon whiskey glasses are made from a very good quality wood. Second I like the fact that they come with their own ice ball molds. I do own another set of wooden whiskey glasses and I do appreciate that they hold temperature much better than glass. These wooden bourbon whiskey glasses look to be charred on the interior but I have yet to taste a difference in my whiskey as it looks to be charred and then sealed. These wooden bourbon whiskey glasses are comfortable in your hand and are of a perfect size for both ice and whiskey. I do appreciate the look and style of these wooden whiskey glasses. Only time will tell on their durability but with them being made of wood they should be more durable than glass. I do recommend these original wooden bourbon whiskey glasses for any person that wants to enhance their whiskey or bourbon drinking. As always my recommendations are based off of versatility, quality, usability, ease of use, and good value for your money.
