I have FIGURED IT OUT!!!! All of the 3 or 2 star reviews i saw for this product had me second guessing myself but I'm glad I got these! As per the instructions, you do need to heat up the strips to remove them. The best way to do this, if possible is to heat it up, for maybe about 3 mins. Or about the amount of time for your fav song that you listen to on repeat untill you are sick of it. If you pull the plastic portion off, and the glue stays thats ok. Heat it up just a little more, and pull from the side, not up or out!!! The glue strip will break. If you pull from the side, and close to the wall, it will pull off like a command strip, but you will have to go slowly. That pull is so satisfying thoooooough! Read more

Recently a few months ago I purchased these not knowing I was moving soon. It took hours to try and get the adhesive off. We used goo gone and a metal scrapper. I moved and obviously you can't take these off the wall without destroying them, so I needed replacements. Same as the ones that originally came with the shower caddy and just as adhesive. Couldn't ask for more. Read more
