7/2/22 UPDATE: They're still up, no glue failure or mold etc by the grout. And they hold the the large Costco sized shampoo and conditioner (with the pumps). Also, no issue with them holding up with me using the pumps in the caddies. There are a few rust spots on 2 the front hook joints where I hang my washcloth - but that's better than most of the other caddies I have gotten that started rusting within 6 months. I WILL be buying these again I got these since my other shower caddies were rusting and creating an awful mess in the shower. I was a little worried since the description said don't use on textured surfaces, and my tiles are slightly textured (I think normal tile texture, but definitely not the slick glossy ones the pictures show). However, they stuck on great! The glue is very good quality, and the caddies are sturdy. I am putting these up and hopefully away from constant water exposure so they don't rust (if they are able to). Also, since my tiles aren't very long, I have had to put them over some grout. I think eventually this will lead to some nasty looking glue, and maybe a bit of glue failure, but don't think the caddies will have a problem staying up for at least a few years. They also give you 1 extra glue strip, which I will be using to replace the old ones when it becomes too nasty. These bath shelves are the best. I have had mine for over four years and they have not shown any wear or rust. They are easy to install. I placed mine on marble tile in the shower and they have remained stable. I like them so much I got a set for my daughter who just moved into her apartment. We installed them on painted tile in a very old bathroom. They adhered very well. We will likely not remove them when she moves out, as the directions indicate that removing them would likely damage the painted surface. So, the next tenants can use them! Read more

This has been a disappointing purchase. I bought these last year. Now definitely the adhesive has held up all this time so all the stars are for that and the fact they hold 3 large bottles of shampoo or body wash. But the coating starting getting surface rust not too long after purchasing. I've scrubbed it off multiple times, but don't have the patience to do it anymore. Surely the well water despite treatment has something to do with it. If they had acrylic shelves, would definitely have purchased through them since their adhesive has held up all this time. We were in need of shower racks for our products and I searched specifically for an item with good adhesive, because our shower insert is a very rough texture that is more like plastic material. I saw the amount of reviews on this one and read many. There were lots of great reviews about how well these shelves stuck! I was skeptical because I just felt like it was possible there’s no way they would stick to a textured plastic and hold the weight of our products. My husband was skeptical as well, so much that he in fact “just knew they were going to be a waste of money”, and of course I felt like I had to defend my purchase. I told him about the many reviews and said surly it’ll be ok. As we hung them, he was so sure they would fall. Being quite honest, I did too! Boyyyyy oh boyyy were we wrong! Those shelves have the BEST adhesives, I would quite literally say they are a knockout product! My husband went to take a shower this evening and forgot they were there, and hit his head so hard on the shelf, it knock the shelf itself off the hook on one side and puncturing a hole in his head… but that adhesive didn’t budge. I love this shelf system, it was easy to install and is so cute and sturdy. I actually have it stuck to the glass wall in my shower instead of the tile wall and it's held up fine for several weeks now and holds quite a bit. So much better than the over the shower head caddy we used to have that constantly slid down and was in the way of the detachable shower hose. Read more
