As someone who loves pistachios, seeing a Pistachio Cream Topping, it was a no-brainer pick up. However, it came with a few issues; first is the container itself. Once it's been opened, it's open and cannot be sealed, which means if you don't use it all up on first use, a waste of product or need to find another storage container. The second issue is the use of Vegetable Sunflower Oil, it is one of the worst dietary oils in use. It's unfortunate that it's seemingly in everything, so I suppose I get it. However, these companies aren't concerned with your health - I suppose when looking at a sugary topping, health isn't at the top of your list either - well, it'd be nice if a company did think of these things and create healthy alternatives. I love Pistachio's and anything Pistachio flavored (e.g., Ice Cream, etc.). This is an awesome product! I have used it in coffee, on toast, and even by itself on a spoon. My daughter loves it also, she will put some in a small bowl and eat with a spoon for desert. I read all the reviews before purcahsing. One was 2 stars because they said it would not seal. I did not experience this. The main lid screws down tight and the cap allows for applying to ice cream or in coffee. I was able to seal it fine. Read more

I was honestly surprised at how good this pistachio cream is. The flavor is bold and nutty, not overly sweet, and the texture is super smooth. I have tried it on toast, with desserts, and even just a spoonful straight and it hits every time. The bottle is big so it lasts, and for the quality you get it is solid value.
