Don't give me wrong, these are nice leggings and all but firstly, you have to go a size up because the waist part is tight (sure, you'll think, duh! we want tummy control! but if your hips are a bit on the larger side, it can look unflattering instead). I’d describe these as light-to-moderate compression. The material over the butt and legs is quite thin and not squat-proof, so wearing a thong is necessary. The waistband, however, is thicker and has higher compression. In my opinion, the cut should be higher. As designed, the waistband sits in a way that indents your stomach, which actually disrupts the smoothing effect. If you pull the waistband up to your true waist (the smallest part of your abdomen), then the bottom of the compression band shifts above the lower tummy instead, which creates a different problem. For this price I am sticking with Super Fit Hero and Baleaf. Read more
I really like these leggings. I was skeptical about the whole resistance thing. However, I can definitely feel the difference in my legs on my daily walks, compared to my regular leggings. They need a better selection of colors. Pink is not for grown women in my opinion. I purchased the brown and had to return them as they are too close to my natural skin color. Read more
I received these Orolay Luxury Full Length Yoga Leggings for Women for review, and overall, I really like the quality and style. These leggings are extremely well made. The stitching is amazing, and they have a really cool design on them. The material even has a velvety feel where the design sits, which is a nice touch. The compression in the legs is just fine, making them some of the best leggings I own in terms of material and construction. The full length cut is great, and the waist stays up well without rolling down. They are so well made that I believe they would fit comfortably even as I lose weight and wear a medium size. I love the way these look. You can easily wear them casually with a hoodie or T shirt, or even dress them up a bit with a nicer tunic top for something like a pre or post exercise look. In fact, they are so nice looking that you could easily wear them for a casual lunch with friends after your workout. However, the one drawback is the compression in the stomach area; it is truly overdone. The compression all over the legs is fine, but I would really like to be a little more comfortable in the tummy. I will still wear these because they are so nice looking, but I will reserve them for shorter workouts due to the intense feeling around the waist. Read more
