I'm on my second set due to change of bed size (from full to queen). Extremely upset!! The fitted sheet already has a hole, not even a year old. I followed all their care instructions very carefully. I was happy to just purchase a replacement fitted sheet (not the set) to make up for it. I wasn't looking for a freebie. I messaged them through Amazon and separately through email multiple times. Some 10 years ago, I bought a set to have on the bed after my husband's first back surgery. Within 30 days, the silk was pilling. I returned the set for a replacement. As always, sheets get washed once a week, every week. The 2nd set of silk sheets look like brand new sheets. There's no visible wear. They're awesome. We decided to put silk sheets on the other two beds in the house. The seller only sent one set. Then we waited for the 2nd set and it arrived a size too small. Other problems, too long to go into, except to say, the quality was not the same as what we have. They had to be returned for a refund. Loved these sheets, however we are two years in and the fitted sheet has ripped. We are not hard on our sheets, and I wash them once weekly on gentle cycle. Very disappointed it has ripped. How do I get a replacement fitted sheet? Read more

These are pretty soft, but I expected softer. I have a 22m pillowcase from another brand which is softer. Regardless, the blue color is so beautiful and the sheets are indeed smooth and sleek. I’m having a good time. Read more

We recently got a new bed, and of course wanted to have good sheets as well. Decided to go with these "silk" sheets and bamboo sheets elsewhere. Honestly..the bamboo sheets seem a bit more comfortable, softer, etc. This product in particular makes me feel like we got it from walmart (no offense) but it'd just be something you can get at walmart for a cheaper price. Try it if you want, but the other review I saw with the rip makes me not want to risk it anymore as well. Read more
