This is amazing. I can say enough about these pills. I was needing knee replacements but I wasn't ready for it. Started these an after about 6 weeks I started noticing I didn't need to use my knee pillow. I woke up an I didn't hurt. Don't get me wrong I am not pain free but sometimes I forget my knees are bad. I want ever go with out these pills. I have tried other collagen pill an not the same. Not only that I was going bold I felt so ashamed of my hair .
