For me the pain was on the ball of my foot, metatarsal head. I had $450 custom orthotic insoles for a few years, they wore out and after wearing regular gel insoles the pain came back and on both feet. I work on my feet for 9 hours landscape company, sometimes pushing or carrying loads of weight throughout the day. Having feet pain was the worst. I have wide foot and good arch… if the arch isn’t supported right the pressure will be on the ball too much causing the pain. If your pain is on the ball (right behind toes) and you have an arch this may be your problem as well… I started wearing these 4 days ago, my foot pain was gone almost immediately and my feet feel great. These are very comfortable but your feet will have to get used to might take a few days. They are well made and seem durable. They may not fit into regular shoes as these insoles have support. These innersoles are not for me; they are stiff and very uncomfortable. After 12 hours on my feet, my feet were aching so much, nothing about it said pain relief, and the arch support was too high for me. Read more
