I love these shoes despite the somewhat high price. They're very good quality, they fit well and are easy to slip on but don't skip when you walk. The insides are super soft. After time the interior softness goes down a little as the lining gets compressed but they still last quite a while. There are inserts included to customize the fit and your needs for support. I recommend for people with foot pain or who want comfortable slip on shoes. The high price is the only thing I don't like about them. Read more
I purchased these slippers for my husband for Christmas after reviewing option choices on AMAZON for hours. I chose these because my husband has several pairs of ORTHOFEET shoes that he wears and likes because of comfort - especially around the toe (roominess for toes). He is a senior and as you get older you find comfort shoes are a necessity not an option. The wide size offers plenty of toe room and comfort, but they stay on well. The sole is thick so it provides protection from puddles. The slippers have a handy slip on hands free feature so you can put them on standing easily. We have tile floors so the thick sturdy soles provide comfort, and these keep feet warm & away from the tile floor that tends to be cool or cold in the Winter - plus the soles provide non-skid protection too! Bottom line he wears his slippers A LOT even going to the store. I bought the dark brown with dark fluffy inside and they look rather sophisticated --- like shoes - so you don't even know they are slippers. Bottom line: He wears them a lot so I know he loves that gift. As I said he has sneakers shoes made by this company and he wears them for years (he wears them out but still wears them) so I know they are durable and last so are a good investment to the cost. The BEST slippers ever! I have ortho problems & usually wear custom orthopedic insoles in my shoes. Not with these slippers by Orthofeet. They are warm, sturctured and make my feet feel wonderful. I know what you are thinking, these are pricey. Don't undervalue your feet and fail to take care of them. These slippers by Orthofeet are a small investment to your feet and your comfort. After buying one pair I bought another. Easy on and off. Extremely warm and comfortable and provided extra insoles allow you to customize fit. High quality construction. Soles are tough enough to wear outside and on wet grass rushing to take out the garbage bins in the morning. Read more

I’ve tried several different slippers over the past year trying to find something that would work with my severe hallux rigidus, and these have been the best by far. Most slippers are very soft and flexible, which actually makes foot pain worse for me because my big toe joint bends too much when I walk. These Orthofeet slippers have a much stiffer and more supportive sole than traditional slippers, and that makes a huge difference. The rigidity helps limit the painful motion in my toe joint and provides noticeable relief when walking around the house. They’re also very comfortable overall—warm, well-cushioned, and easy to slip on and off. I can wear them for long periods without my feet getting irritated. I’ll admit they cost more than the typical slippers you’d grab at Walmart, but in my opinion they’re absolutely worth it if you deal with foot issues like hallux rigidus or need more support than a typical slipper provides. This is literally my THIRD pair of Ortho feet slippers for my dad! He loves them! My dad is 76 and has high insoles and bunions. These slippers provide WIDE sizes and lots of toe room with velcro adjustments on the tongue to make them easy for slip in and off. They come with multiple layers of insoles for height and comfort levels. They are indoor/outdoor soles, which is great for going to check the mail, etc. Multiple material/color options. Fantastic slipper with elderly features but don’t look like your typical “old man” slipper! With my dad wearing them everyday, he’s gotten 1-2 yrs out of each pair. AND they’re machine washable!
