A few problems with these insoles. 1. They’re enormous for anyone with regular sized feet, in both width and length. They want you to cut your size out of the insole. One wrong cut and your toes are hanging over the edge inside your shoe. Not only that, you can’t really trim the width due to the design. Do me a favor and give me a product that fits me; don’t make me work. 2. The arch support is much too high for normal feet. I wore them for less than a minute and had to throw them out because they were too uncomfortable in the arch. I have Ortholite Fusions from 2020 and they’re ideal - the right size out of the box, no exaggerated arch. That wasn’t good enough for Ortholite - they had to fix something that wasn’t broken. So I’ll keep using my worn down 2020s, which are still better than the 2025 version. Read more

I bought these to replace the Ortholite insoles that came with my Salomon boots, to revive the cushion. The boots already have strong arch support built into them and these insoles seem to have standalone arch supports in them, making for an uncomfortable experience. I've reached the point where I can't cut any more material from the insoles and they're still borderline. I have a feeling these will be disposed of in the near future. So, if your shoes already has vigorous arch support, these insoles probably aren't for you. Read more
